A simple Chinese villager, Xiao Min does not have a high school certificate, much less any formal education in music. She has written thousands of Hymns and this is considered a miracle in Christian circles who have lovingly named her works, The Canaan Hymns. My Lord leads me into His inner chambers, He speaks to me with unending love and care. Our love is stronger than death, So strong that many waters cannot quench this love. My Lord is fair and radiant, perfect in beauty, He’s the fairest of ten thousand. My lover is mine, and I belong to Him. We will never ever part. He leads me through fields of green, And He takes me into fruitful vineyards. Among the lilies, He feeds His flock. And we will walk together forever more.
